NIBSC genomic reference materials are available internationally.
Restrictions on availability (based on intended use) currently apply only to the WHO international standard for BCR-ABL1 (09/138).
New Customers: select ‘Apply for an account’ here and follow the procedure to create a login. Please note it can take several weeks for a new account to be generated.

Ordering a Product: Raise a purchase order (PO) with your institute (in sterling pounds (GBP) or your local currency) to cover handling fees and any shipping costs, see Prices below. All orders must now be placed online. For further information about online orders visit our Ordering page.
Prices: NIBSC charges handling fees for reference materials. The fee charged for a specific product is shown on its catalogue page (for example, WHO international standard for BCR-ABL1 (09/138)). NIBSC sends products by post free of charge but adds the shipping costs to the invoice when items are sent by courier or air freight. Current product prices and shipping costs are shown in the Price List.
The genomic reference materials team will be sent your order for approval. We will contact you with any questions. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
Payment: You will receive an invoice from NIBSC (in sterling pounds (GBP)). You may pay by credit card via Worldpay here or by international bank transfer (details will be on the invoice). Please note, NIBSC issues invoices in GBP, the national currency of the UK where NIBSC is located. Payment in other currencies will not be accepted. Customers who use other currencies for international transactions should consult their bank about the best way to pay GBP invoices at the current exchange rate.
