Penny is a Pharmacist and has been involved in Pharmacy for over 30 years, as well as within the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 25 years. She has been at NIBSC since 2004 working in Quality and Project Management. In February 2019, Penny became Head of Infrastructure and Operations. She is responsible for ensuring the Agency’s facilities, including NIBSC, has the appropriate infrastructure to deliver the Agency’s mission.
In addition to this, Penny will also lead on the development of the capital program of works impacting the Institute’s infrastructure, which is a key component for delivering the Institute’s Science Strategy and meet the Institute’s public health remit.
Prior to joining NIBSC she worked within the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Senior Manager and has considerable experience in the areas of site, operational and project management.
